Vinyasa is the linking of postures and breaths into what is often called a Yoga flow and is the foundation of many Yoga classes. Strengthening your Vinyasa allows you to advance your Yoga practice by bringing ease and grace to your mat.
In this workshop, Natalie focuses on exercises which will help your Vinyasa from the ground up, while simultaneously strengthening the upper body. Modifications are included to make the exercises accessible, even if you need to gain more strength to perform them in full.
This workshop is the perfect way to establish your own personal Yoga practice from the ground up, ensuring you are utilising proper form and technique.
