Have fun with balancing poses as we improve our focus and concentration, before softening into yin poses towards the end of the practice to slow and cool down.

These sessions are high energy but low impact! This means that despite being gentle on joints, these classes are still an incredibly effective way to gain strength, mobility and core control. Expect to feel the burn but leave feeling amazing.

Chair yoga is a modified version of traditional yoga that's performed while seated in a chair, or using the chair for support. It's designed to make yoga more accessible to people with limited mobility, or those who find it difficult to stand for extended periods.
During this session focus is made on the whole, from the physical body, to the breath, to the consciousness. Depending on your ability the class can be taken to a level that suits you & ends with a relaxation using the hand held gongs & chimes.

This 45-minute sound bath offers a deeply restorative experience. Following movement, sensation, and embodied release, this session invites participants to fully rest, integrate, and allow the nervous system to settle.
Often described as a massage for the energy centres, the vibrations move gently through the body, calming the nervous system, cleansing the energetic field, and creating space for clarity, balance, and ease. Participants are invited to simply lie back and receive, allowing the frequencies to do the work.
This sound bath is an ideal way to integrate the somatic flow practice, offering deep rest, energetic recalibration, and a sense of lightness and alignment.
