Founded in London by Marcus Veda, 4BEAT welcomes all levels onto the mat together, building a shared rhythm and a sense of collective flow that is unlike anything else on the timetable.

Leave the ground behind — and feel everything shift.
Aerial Yoga uses a low-hanging, wide fabric sling to support your body weight as you move through traditional yoga postures — making deep stretches and challenging shapes more accessible, more comfortable, and surprisingly more fun than on the mat alone.
The sling acts as both a prop and a partner, allowing the body to release tension it didn't even know it was holding. Spines decompress. Hips open. Shoulders soften.
Every class closes with an extended floating Savasana — cocooned in the silk, suspended in stillness. It is, without question, the best rest you'll have all week.

Chair Yoga uses a chair for seated poses and standing support, making the full benefits of yoga available to anyone who finds floor-based or standing practice challenging. Whether you are managing reduced mobility, recovering from injury, or simply looking for a gentler entry point into yoga, this class meets you exactly where you are.
Each session works through the whole person — physical body, breath, and awareness — with every pose adapted to suit your individual ability on the day. Class closes with a deeply soothing relaxation accompanied by handheld gongs and chimes, leaving you calm, restored, and gently energised.
No mat required. No prior experience needed. Just a willingness to show up.
