Take time to Stop. Connect. Breathe. with Rowena's enriching and deeply nourishing monthly workshop. The perfect antidote from the busyness of everyday life, to pause and connect back to the body and breath.

Two precious hours of gentle movement and rest to soothe the mind and body. The session will open with a gentle movement practice to open the heart space and prepare for breath awareness and meditation. The meditation creates fertile ground for a Yoga Nidra to take you on a deep journey through the layers of your being. Also known as 'yogic sleep', this guided relaxation helps reduce stress and anxiety and invite inner peace.
