This workshop is designed to gently prepare you for birth in body, mind, and heart, while also offering a deep reset for your nervous system.
Join us for a nourishing two-hour workshop and women’s circle at the stunning Kingdom in Penshurst - a serene rural retreat surrounded by woodland, fresh air, and sweeping views of the Kent countryside. It’s the perfect backdrop to pause, exhale, and give yourself the space to reconnect with what really matters.
If you’re feeling nervous about birth, or simply finding that the pace of life leaves little time to focus on your baby, this is your invitation to slow down and come back to centre. Over the session, you’ll be guided through:
Gentle pregnancy yoga to ease common aches, release tension, and build confidence in your changing body.
Mindfulness and breathwork practices to calm the nervous system, quieten the mind, and give you practical tools to lean on during labour.
Creative birth preparation exercises, including crafting your own affirmations and strengthening your bond with your baby.
Women’s circle sharing, where you’ll be welcomed into a supportive, non-judgemental space with other local mums-to-be.
This is more than just a class - it’s a chance to nourish yourself deeply, restore balance to your nervous system, and connect with both your baby and a community of women walking the same path.
Led by Brigid Godwin, who brings 23 years of experience supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and the early months of motherhood. Brigid’s approach is warm, down-to-earth, and rooted in the belief that every woman deserves to feel confident and cared for during this life-changing time.
Spaces are limited to keep the group intimate - book your spot today and gift yourself this beautiful time of connection and preparation.
All levels welcome. Suitable from 14–40 weeks.
