A 2-Hour Workshop for Anxious Minds & Bodies

For many of us, the body has been running on high alert for so long that anxiety feels like the baseline. The jaw stays tight. The shoulders stay raised. The mind keeps scanning for what might go wrong. Sleep is difficult. Switching off feels impossible. And no matter how much we know — intellectually — that we're safe, the body doesn't seem to have received the memo.
This workshop exists to deliver that memo. Directly. Somatically. At the level where the pattern actually lives.
Drawing on somatic techniques, neuroscience, traditional Chinese medicine, and subconscious reprogramming, Rewire Your Nervous System is a 2-hour journey designed to help you create genuine inner peace and safety — not as a fleeting feeling, but as a new foundation.
The workshop unfolds in three layers:
Somatic Flow — Release We begin with intentional movement — not exercise, but conscious, embodied motion designed to shift what has been sitting stagnant in the body. Stress and anxiety are stored as physical patterns; somatic movement is one of the most direct and evidence-informed ways to begin releasing them. This phase wakes up the body's innate intelligence and prepares the system to receive what follows.
Restful Yin — Restore From movement, we transition into stillness — a carefully sequenced Yin practice using gentle, passive stretches held with full prop support. Yin works at the level of the connective tissue and the fascia, where tension often lives longest. More importantly, the sustained, supported stillness of Yin sends a clear signal to the nervous system: you are safe here. That signal, repeated and embodied, is the beginning of the rewire.
Sound Healing Journey — Integrate The workshop closes with an immersive sound healing experience — vibration and frequency used intentionally to induce deep relaxation, dissolve energetic blockages, and anchor the body in a state of genuine rest. This is where everything that has been released, softened, and shifted is integrated — and where the new pattern begins to take root.

This workshop doesn't end when you leave the room. Throughout the session you'll build a toolkit of practical, embodied self-regulation techniques — drawn from somatic practice, neuroscience, and traditional Chinese medicine — that you can return to whenever anxiety rises, tension builds, or the nervous system needs support.
