Summer Reset Ritual

A Seasonal Yin Yoga Experience with Natalie
2 hours of deep release, stillness, and seasonal realignment

There is a particular kind of exhaustion that accumulates when we live out of sync with ourselves.

When we push through fatigue instead of resting. When we override the body's signals in favour of the schedule. When we move at the same relentless pace regardless of what season we're in — internally, or in the world around us.

The body keeps the score of all of it. And eventually, it asks to be heard.

Reset Ritual is Natalie's invitation to answer that call.

This deeply nourishing 2-hour Yin Yoga workshop is built on the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine — a system that has understood for thousands of years what modern life often forgets: that the body is not a machine to be optimised, but a living system that thrives when it is brought into harmony with nature's rhythms and its own inner flow.

Each season carries its own energy, its own organ systems, its own emotional landscape. This practice works with all of it — using the intelligence of TCM to guide you into postures, breathwork, and meditation that speak directly to what your body and nervous system most need right now.

What the practice contains

Grounding Breathwork We open by arriving — fully, deliberately, and without rush. Guided breathwork settles the nervous system, draws awareness inward, and creates the foundation of safety and presence that allows everything that follows to land more deeply.

Long-Held Yin Postures The heart of the practice. Unlike dynamic yoga that works the muscles, Yin targets the deeper layers — the fascia, the connective tissue, the joints — through postures held gently and passively for extended periods. This is where the body's deeper holding patterns begin to release. Where tension stored not just today but over weeks and months and seasons starts to soften and let go. Where the nervous system, given enough time in stillness, finally exhales.

Meditation & Seasonal Wisdom Woven throughout, Natalie guides you through meditation and seasonal reflection rooted in TCM philosophy — helping you understand not just what your body is holding, but why, and what it might be asking you to release, restore, or reclaim as you move into the next cycle.

What you'll leave with:

  • Fascia and connective tissue that have been properly released and restored

  • A nervous system that has genuinely down-regulated

  • A sense of seasonal alignment — feeling more in flow with where you actually are, rather than where you think you should be

  • Emotional spaciousness and mental quiet

  • Deep, nourishing rest that goes beyond the surface

  • A renewed sense of inner balance and clarity

This workshop is for you if:

  • You have been running on empty and your body is asking for more than a good night's sleep

  • You carry tension, tightness, or emotional weight in the body that movement alone doesn't shift

  • You feel out of sync — with yourself, with your energy, with the season you're in

  • You are navigating a period of transition, fatigue, or overwhelm and need a container that honours that

  • You want a practice that works with the whole of you — body, mind, and spirit — through the lens of nature's wisdom

  • You are ready to stop pushing and start restoring

Suitable for all levels. No prior experience of Yin Yoga or Traditional Chinese Medicine is required — only a willingness to slow down.
