SUMMER HOLIDAY PROGRAMME
Kids Yoga
Three Thursdays of movement, imagination and calm for ages 5–11 — this August at KINGDOM, Penshurst
The school holidays are the perfect window for children to slow down, move their bodies, and simply be — away from screens, schedules and the pressure to perform. Kids Yoga with Simeon gives children aged 5 to 11 a joyful, imaginative 60-minute session that introduces movement, breath and body awareness in a way that feels less like a class and more like the best kind of play.
Simeon — known to our little yogis as "The Yoga Man" — has a rare gift for holding a mixed-age group with warmth and ease. Older children step naturally into gentle leadership, younger ones feel safe following along, and every child leaves knowing their body is capable, their imagination is limitless, and that stillness can actually feel really, really good.
Sessions run on Thursday 13th, 20th and 27th August at KINGDOM, our studio in the country town of Penshurst — a short drive from Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge, Chiddingstone, Hildenborough, Edenbridge and Sevenoaks. Book a single session or all three and drop your little ones off with complete confidence.
What to expect
Animal poses, balancing games and imaginative movement sequences
Simple breath tools children can use whenever big emotions show up
A short, guided relaxation — often the moment parents hear about most on the way home
A warm, safe environment where every child is welcome exactly as they are
Perfect for your children if they are…
Aged 5–11 — Simeon makes one session work beautifully for a mixed-age group
Wiggly and energetic and need to move
Curious, having watched a parent practise and wanting to try it themselves

About Simeon
Simeon A.K.A. “The Yoga Man” helps children discover that their bodies are capable, their imaginations are limitless, and that stillness can actually feel really, really good.
With a rare gift for holding a room of energetic, curious kids, he turns fidgeting into flow and big feelings into simple, usable breath tools — all wrapped in games, stories and laughter.
Parents consistently tell us their children leave happy, calm, and already asking when they can come back.
