This workshop is designed to gently prepare you for birth in body, mind, and heart, while also offering a deep reset for your nervous system.

If you’re feeling nervous about birth, or simply finding that the pace of life leaves little time to focus on your baby, this is your invitation to slow down and come back to centre. All levels welcome. Suitable from 14–40 weeks.

Brigid’s Postnatal Yoga course is a fun and relaxed way to connect and feel supported. Suitable from 6 weeks postnatal (or 8 weeks after a C section birth) until babies start crawling.
