As the rest of the world rushes toward the end of the year, you'll be somewhere else entirely: surrounded by pine forests and mountain air, above the shimmering coast of southern Turkey, with a week dedicated entirely to you.

The Reset is seven days of yoga, movement, nourishment, and stillness — designed for anyone who feels the pull to pause, step back, and leave feeling more alive than when they arrived.

No experience necessary. No agenda beyond your own.

This is not about pushing harder. It's about returning to what matters.

Pure Life Göcek is one of Turkey's most beloved retreat venues — a hillside sanctuary of round-villa suites, wild gardens, and organic olive groves, where the staff feel like family and the pace of life shifts the moment you arrive.

Your hosts

Natalie Chaponnel

Natalie brings 20 years of experience on the mat, teaching breathwork as the true foundation of yoga practice. She believes it's the combination of asana, breathwork, and meditation — not asana alone — that unlocks real personal transformation. Drawing on Eastern wisdom and Western psychology, Natalie creates retreat experiences designed to help people live in alignment with their authentic selves.

Charlotte Azurdia

Charlotte has been guiding students since 2017, holding an RYT 500 with Yoga Alliance and further training in Yin, aerial, TRX, and yoga nidra. Her classes are dynamic yet grounding, blending creativity with alignment-based teaching to guide students through self-enquiry and a balance of strength and flexibility. It's this exploration that creates space for real stillness — both on and off the mat.

Packages & Pricing

We’re offering a mixture of private and shared rooms. If you opt to share a room, we’ll pair you up with someone of the same sex. If you come with a friend or family member you will of course share a room with them.

Relax in round, wood-scented sanctuaries built from reclaimed Anatolian timber — where bohemian design meets five-star comfort, and the air carries the scent of garden-grown lavender and thyme.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • The retreat is located at Pure Life Göcek, Turkey - approximately 30 minute drive from Dalaman airport.

  • We’ve structured the retreat to be suitable for anyone looking for an immersive experience of yoga, breathwork, meditation, nature, relaxation and community. Everyone is welcome!

  • Weather is unpredictable and we make no guarantees, but average daytime highs are around 25°C, with lows of approximately 15°C at night.

  • All classes will be in a mix of both indoor and outdoor spaces designed for your comfort.

  • We expect around 16-20 participants.

  • In addition to clothes, toiletries, and other things you would normally pack for a trip like this, we recommend you bring the following: sunscreen, insect repellent and a water bottle. For clothing, include versatile items such as t-shirts, shorts, sundresses, flip-flops, walking shoes, sunglasses, hats, and swimsuits. Also, remember to bring something warm for cooler mornings and evenings. All yoga mats and props will be provided so no need to bring if you’d rather not!

  • Rooms will generally be available for check in at 4:00 PM. Check out is at 11:00 AM. Luggage can be stored at the Front Desk for no additional charge before or after the indicated hours on arrival and departure days.

  • Please wait until we confirm your booking via email before you go ahead and book your flights or make any other travel arrangements. You will receive advice and assistance to ensure your trip is as smooth and easy as possible.

  • Ground transfers from Dalaman airport are included in the price of your retreat - you will be looped into a whatsapp group to coordinate.

  • Even in the rare instance that we need to cancel or reschedule the retreat due to “acts of god” including Covid-19 related shut downs, we will only be able to refund ticket costs at most, and would not in any instance be able to compensate you for other costs, such as flights booked, etc. Due to this concern, we highly recommend that you purchase personal travel insurance.

    We suggest that you include “cancel for any reason” with your policy and include medical coverage. Many insurance policies must be purchased within 14 days of making your reservation so please prioritise accordingly.

  • Yes, you can extend your stay beyond the retreat days, email hello@flourishwellness.co.uk for more information.

  • In order to secure the venue and programming, Flourish Wellness is required to enter into binding contracts with 3rd parties that do not allow for refund or cancellation in any instance except for limited instances where “acts of god” render the entire event impossible. As such, we must enforce a strict cancellation policy and there will be no refunds in any instance. You may transfer your ticket under certain conditions. Purchasing trip insurance to protect yourself is always a good idea.

  • You may transfer your ticket to another person up to 3-days before the retreat start date without penalty by emailing us at hello@flourishwellness.co.uk. After that time, our strict cancellation policy applies.

  • Yes! Just email us at hello@flourishwellness.co.uk with a description of your partner’s needs (for example, partner would like to participate in meals and excursions but skip the yoga classes, etc.) and we will send options that work for you.

  • This retreat is designed as an immersive experience for you to reconnect and reflect inwards. So we recommend things like enjoying the beach or pool, journaling or reading, walking, sitting in meditation or simply resting. We will also be able to suggest a variety of group activities which can be arranged at an extra cost.
