The longest day doesn't end — it transforms.
As the sun makes its slow, golden descent and the solstice energy shifts from peak to stillness, we gather on the rooftop to mark this threshold moment with ceremony, breath and intention. This is one of the most potent evenings of the year. A turning point. A moment when the light is at its fullest and the invitation is to step fully into ourselves — to celebrate what we've grown, release what's ready to fall away and open to everything that wants to emerge next.
Come ready to feel something.
How the evening flows:
🌞 Welcome & Solstice Opening (15 mins)
We open in circle as the evening light begins its golden shift — honouring the solstice, its energy and what this turning point means for each of us personally. A moment to arrive, to breathe and to set your intention for the ceremony ahead.
🍫 Cacao Ceremony (25 mins)
Hands wrapped around a warm cup of ceremonial grade cacao, you'll be guided through the ritual of this ancient heart-opening medicine. Cacao softens the armour, opens the heart and prepares the body to go deep. We drink together, in ceremony, as the sun begins its descent around us.
🌬️ Mystical Breathwork Journey (50 mins)
With the cacao moving through your system and the solstice energy alive around you, we journey inward. Guided through a powerful, immersive breathwork experience set to a carefully curated soundscape — music chosen to move emotion, dissolve resistance and take you somewhere beyond the thinking mind. This is where transformation lives. Expect to feel it fully.
🌅 Savasana & Sound Integration (20 mins)
As the breathwork completes and the sun finally sets, we rest. Sound washes over the rooftop as you lie in stillness — integrating, releasing, receiving. Let the longest day hold you as it fades into the shortest night.
🌙 Closing Circle (10 mins)
We close as we opened — in circle. Space to share, to sit in gratitude and to carry the energy of this evening forward with intention. You'll leave feeling cracked open, lit up and deeply alive.
This ceremony is for anyone who:
Wants to mark this moment intentionally. To use the solstice as a genuine turning point — not just another date in the calendar but a real opportunity to shed, to celebrate and to step more fully into the life you're building.
Good to know:
Breathwork can occasionally bring up intense physical or emotional sensation and is not currently recommended for those with cardiovascular disease, high blood pressure, glaucoma, epilepsy, or during pregnancy without prior medical consultation. If you're unsure please reach out before booking. Places are limited — the solstice only comes once a year.
