A time to share experiences within a safe space, to be held and nurtured.
Starting and closing with a ‘Women’s Circle’ this is a holistic workshop to help support anyone who identifies as being a women whether you are going through, have yet to go through or have gone through any stage of the menopause.
We will take time to move slowly into poses and breathing techniques that can help some of the symptoms of menopause such as hot flushes, irritability, fatigue & exhaustion. Before the final women’s circle there will be a relaxation and mini gong bath.
After the session there will be time to stay and talk over herbal tea & treats.
