The harp is one of the oldest instruments in human history; its resonance ancient, its frequencies immediately felt. In the context of a sound bath, it does something that no other instrument quite replicates. It fills the space with a quality of sound that is not merely heard but physically experienced, strings vibrating in the air of the room and landing in the body with a warmth and a luminosity that adds a special depth to Hayley’s already much-loved soundscape.

What the experience holds

You'll arrive into a softly lit, beautifully held space. You'll settle into your hammock, be wrapped in soft blankets, and gently guided into a state of relaxation.

What follows is 90 minutes of complete surrender. The hammock removes every physical reason to hold on. The sound removes every mental one. And in that letting go, with the body weightless, mind quiet, nervous system finally, completely at rest, the music does what music at its most intentional has always done: it reaches the places that nothing else can, and it tends to them with extraordinary care.
