This workshop is an introduction to understanding misalignments in your body, why they happen, how they affect you and how you can address them. Led by Bibi of Align - Postural Alignment Coach and Manual Therapist with over 15 years experience.
Postural Alignment Therapy aims to relieve pain and improve mobility and strength by returning musculoskeletal balance to the body. It does this through a series of targeted 'exercises' and stretches.
The focus of this session will be on experiencing our movement patterns and how our posture affects our moods and energy flow within the body.
We will highlight muscles that are not carrying out the jobs they are designed to do and the muscles that are doing too much. Bibi will lead you through some basic 'exercises' to highlight and address this, to bring better balance to the musculature and body into alignment.
