Sophie will make your teen feel comfortable and safe to share, explore and express themselves. She will be offering empowering Yoga postures and techniques to provide support in our ever-changing times. Building resilience, self-esteem, courage and confidence!
They will explore the power of the breath, practicing different techniques which can help to calm the nervous system and any anxieties. The movement practice will help to release tension from areas of the body that may be tight from long periods of sitting and using electronic devices! Each class will finish with a lovely relaxation to give the time to rest and recharge.
Suitable for young teens, age 11+
