KINGDOM, Penshurst | 2 Hours | All Welcome
There is a particular exhaustion that comes from living against your own nature.
From pushing through the low-energy days instead of honouring them. From treating every season of the year — and every season of your life — as though it demands the same output. From the persistent, low-level sense that you are somehow failing at a pace that was never designed for a human body in the first place.
Ayurveda doesn't ask you to push harder. It asks you to pay attention.
At the heart of Ayurvedic wisdom is an understanding that has been largely lost in modern life: that we are not machines designed for consistent output, but living, cyclical systems whose vitality depends on alignment — with the rhythms of the day, the intelligence of the seasons, and the natural phases of our own bodies and lives.
This workshop is two hours of returning to that alignment — one hour of teaching, one hour of practice — so that cyclical living becomes not just something you understand intellectually, but something you carry home in the body.
Hour One — The Teaching
The Rhythm of the Day
Ayurveda maps the day into distinct energetic phases, each governed by different qualities and suited to different kinds of activity. Understanding these phases — and beginning to structure your day around them rather than against them — is one of the most immediately impactful shifts available. Natalie shares the key principles and how to begin applying them practically within the reality of modern life.
The Rhythm of the Seasons
Each season carries its own Ayurvedic qualities and its own invitation for how we eat, move, rest, and live. When we attune to the season rather than pushing through it at a uniform pace, the body responds — with greater vitality, more natural energy, and a sense of ease that sustained effort alone cannot produce. Natalie shares the seasonal framework and how to begin working with it across the year.
The Rhythm of the Life Cycle
Ayurveda recognises that the phases of a woman's life — from the cycling years through perimenopause, menopause and beyond — are not problems to be managed but natural transitions, each with their own wisdom and their own requirements. Understanding where you are in this arc, and what it is asking of you, changes the relationship with your body from one of frustration to one of genuine curiosity and care.
Hour Two — The Practice
The second hour moves from teaching into direct experience — and this is where the workshop becomes something more than a class.
Drawing on the cyclical Ayurvedic principles of the first hour, Natalie guides you through a 60-minute practice of breathwork, gentle movement and meditation, attuned to where we are in the seasonal and lunar cycle at the time of the workshop. Each element is chosen specifically to give you a felt, embodied experience of the principles you have just explored — so that you leave not just informed, but genuinely different in your body.
Breathwork to restore the natural rhythm of the breath and the nervous system. Gentle movement to bring the body into alignment with the season's energy. Meditation to cultivate the inner attunement that is at the heart of cyclical living — the capacity to listen to your own nature and trust what you hear.
This is not a bonus added to the teaching. It is the second half of the same understanding — where the wisdom lands not in the mind, but in the body where it can actually change how you live.
What you'll leave with:
A clear, practical understanding of Ayurvedic cyclical living across the day, the season, and the life cycle
Tools to begin reading and honouring your own natural rhythms immediately
A breathwork, movement and meditation practice to return to as the seasons and cycles shift
A genuinely new relationship with your energy — rooted in attunement rather than effort
The beginning of a practice that deepens with every cycle you move through
A community of women exploring the same path toward a more rhythmic, nourishing way of living
This workshop is for you if:
You feel chronically out of sync — with your energy, your body, or the season you're in
You are exhausted by the pressure to maintain consistent output regardless of how you actually feel
You are curious about Ayurveda and want a genuinely accessible, practical entry point
You are navigating a life transition and want the wisdom of cyclical living to help you make sense of it
You want to understand your body's natural intelligence — and begin living in a way that honours it
All welcome. No prior knowledge of Ayurveda, yoga, or cyclical living required.
