Alignment 101 - Foot & Ankle

Where the pain is, it isn’t the cause...

If the foot hurts, look to the knees or hips. If the ankles hurt, look to the function of the foot, knees or hips. Knowing where to look and how to retrain the muscles ow to retrain the muscles to do their jobs so that function can return is a game-changer!

Following Bibi's introduction to Physical Alignment, this workshop is the start of series focusing on common areas of sensitivity or weakness. This month we will explore foot and ankle pain.

Humans are uniquely designed bipeds; upright motion comes from the strength and power of our feet and ankles. But, they cannot perform functionally if their movement is compromised at the knee or hip….together, we will explore ways to address the function throughout the body to provide relief for foot and ankle issues.
