A Dynamic Two-Part Yoga Masterclass | All Levels Welcome
There is a reason that rest feels so much deeper after real movement. And a reason that movement feels so much freer when rest has come before it.
4Beat to Yin works with both of these truths — sequencing them deliberately, one into the other, to create something that a single-style yoga class simply cannot deliver: a complete, full-spectrum reset of the body and nervous system in a single session.
This is a masterclass in two parts. And each part is doing something specific and essential.
Part One — 4Beat: Burn, Build & Release
We begin with 4Beat — a heated, rhythmic Vinyasa flow unlike any ordinary yoga class.
The defining feature is the beat. Breath and movement are synchronised to a slow, carefully chosen musical rhythm — creating a hypnotic, almost meditative quality of flow that anchors the mind completely. There is no space for the week's mental noise when the body is moving in time with the breath and the beat. The distractions burn off. The restlessness dissolves. The physical body warms, opens, and begins to remember what it feels like to be fully inhabited.
This is the Yang phase — active, energising, and deeply satisfying. By the end of it, you will have moved through the week rather than simply away from it. And you'll feel the difference.
Part Two — Yin: Soften, Restore & Reset
From the warmth and activation of the 4Beat, we move into Yin — and this transition is where the magic of the sequence truly reveals itself.
Because what the 4Beat creates in the body — openness, heat, circulation, a nervous system primed and ready to shift — the Yin takes and deepens. Long, passive stretches, held with full prop support, work at the level of the connective tissue and fascia where tension lives longest. The body, already softened by movement, releases further and more completely than Yin alone could achieve. The nervous system, activated and then invited to still, drops into genuine parasympathetic rest.
This is the Yin's quiet genius: it doesn't just stretch the body. It completes a process that the Yang has already begun. Together they create a physiological and neurological reset that leaves you feeling both energised and deeply, genuinely calm — at the same time.
What the combination creates
Most yoga classes offer one experience — either the activation of a dynamic practice or the restoration of a slow one. 4Beat to Yin offers both, sequenced in the order that the body and nervous system are actually designed to receive them.
The result is a completeness — a sense of having been fully met, from every angle — that is genuinely difficult to find anywhere else in a single session.
What you'll leave with:
Physical and mental tension moved through and genuinely released
Connective tissue and fascia opened at a depth that dynamic practice alone doesn't reach
A nervous system that has been activated, then properly reset
The particular satisfaction of having both worked and rested — completely
A clarity and calm that carries into the rest of your day and beyond
This masterclass is for you if:
You want more from your yoga practice than a single modality can offer
You carry mental restlessness that needs to be moved before it can be stilled
You love dynamic flow but always wish there was more time for the deep, slow work at the end
You want to experience what a true nervous system reset actually feels like in the body
You are ready to discover what becomes possible when Yang and Yin work together as they were always meant to
All levels welcome. No prior experience of 4Beat or Yin yoga required — this masterclass is designed to meet you exactly where you are.
