YOUR RETREAT EXPERIENCE

This revitalising day retreat blends strength training, mobility and stretching, with breathwork and guided hiking, creating a complete mind‑body reset in nature. Move with purpose, breathe with intention, and reconnect to the strength that comes from slowing down.

Between sessions, you’ll enjoy a delicious seasonal lunch prepared with fresh, local ingredients, time to rest in the peaceful gardens, and breathtaking views of the Kent countryside.

Whether you’re aiming to feel stronger, clear your mind, or simply spend a day immersed in wellbeing and nature, Strong & Serene offers the perfect escape close to home — a day to move, breathe, and return to yourself.

FOOD

A delicious, healthy two-course vegetarian lunch will be provided by The Beacon kitchen and complimentary water and herbal teas will be available throughout the day.

All the ingredients and produce are freshly sourced from local markets and farmers, including an abundance of wholesome home-cooked food with plenty of condiments and goodies. Expect to feel nourished and energised.

Strength doesn’t always roar. Sometimes it’s the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow. In that quiet, serenity is born.
