YOUR RETREAT EXPERIENCE

Just minutes from the heart of Tunbridge Wells yet surrounded by sweeping countryside and woodland, The Beacon offers the perfect setting for a day of gentle restoration and energetic renewal.

Your day will weave together gentle yoga and breathwork, Kundalini activation, sound healing, and guided nature immersion, allowing you to settle the body, clear mental noise, and awaken a quiet strength from within.

Between sessions, enjoy a delicious seasonal lunch overlooking the gardens, time to rest in nature’s stillness, and the luxury of slowing down — all just a few minutes from Tunbridge Wells.

Return home feeling clear, grounded, and harmonised, ready to carry that steadiness into daily life.

FOOD

A delicious, healthy two-course vegetarian lunch will be provided by The Beacon kitchen and complimentary water and herbal teas will be available throughout the day.

All the ingredients and produce are freshly sourced from local markets and farmers, including an abundance of wholesome home-cooked food with plenty of condiments and goodies. Expect to feel nourished and energised.

Calm is a quiet strength that softens the noise of the world, and in that stillness, true connection begins—within ourselves and with each other.
