Pilates Flow

A Pilates principles based class focussing on improving the mobility and strength of the spine and simultaneously strengthening the core. Enhancing overall body alignment through the continuous connection between each exercise.

A mix of classical and creative pilates exercises are grouped together to allow you to easily transition from one exercise to the next giving a sense of flow to the class. Exercises focusing on stretching the body are interspersed throughout the class to provide a perfect combination of challenge and release.

This class is open to all levels and exercises can be adapted depending on experience. Not suitable for pre or post natal.
