A therapeutic, trauma-aware breathwork experience designed to support the release of stored emotional tension while gently guiding the body back into a state of calm and safety.
This session creates a powerful container to process, clear, and let go of accumulated stress, emotions, and mental noise, so you can move into your daily life feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded.
The Space
The environment is intentionally curated to feel safe, soft, and deeply nurturing — with low, warm lighting and a peaceful, serene atmosphere. Participants are supported with blankets, pillows, bolsters, eye pillows, and other props to create a sense of comfort, containment, and ease.
This space is designed to allow both release and restoration.
Who This Workshop Is For
This session is open to both beginners and experienced breathwork practitioners.
It is especially supportive for those who:
Feel emotionally overwhelmed, heavy, or “blocked”
Have been holding onto stress, tension, or unprocessed emotions
Experience anxiety, burnout, or emotional fatigue
Find it difficult to switch off or fully relax
Want to safely release and process emotions stored in the body
Are seeking reconnection, clarity, and emotional balance
What You Can Expect
Participants are welcomed into the space and gently guided into practices that create safety, presence, and connection to the body and begin releasing surface-level tension and activate the body.
A guided somatic breathwork practice focused on emotional release and nervous system regulation. This phase supports the safe expression and release of stored emotional energy, activation and discharge of stress held in the body and a gradual shift into parasympathetic regulation.
Participants may experience sensations such as tingling, emotional release, or shifts in awareness. Clear guidance is given throughout to ensure a sense of safety and choice, the ability to pause or soften at any time and permission for all emotions to arise and move without judgement.
Following the active breathwork, the body is guided into rest, integration, and re-regulation to stabilise the nervous system and cultivate emotional balance. A guided written exercise is offered to support emotional processing and integration and anchor insights and intentions.
Safety & Support
This is a trauma-informed, carefully held space where both activation and emotional release are supported with sensitivity and care.
Key principles include:
Choice and autonomy — participants are always in control
Emotional safety — all expressions are welcomed without judgement
Pacing and regulation — support is given to prevent overwhelm
Grounding support — facilitators guide participants back to safety if needed
Participants are never pushed beyond their capacity and are encouraged to honour their own boundaries.
