Yang to Yin: Energise & Restore
Beginners are welcome.
This experience is for you if you have been running on empty and need a proper rest in a beautiful, serene setting. You will leave feeling lighter, calmer and restored.
You start with a seasonal practice inspired by the energy of summer, expect flowing movement to warm the body and harmonise your energy. Then slow things down into long melting stretches, and close with a deeply guided relaxation with sound healing.
We close with ceremonial cacao and optional sharing.
What is included
A blend of yoga and qigong flow, slow floor-based stretching, a guided deep rest with sound healing, and ceremonial cacao.
What to expect
Yoga and Qigong flow We begin with gentle, seasonal movement that combines yoga with qigong, a slow mindful energy practice rooted in Chinese medicine. It is playful, grounding and suitable for beginners. No prior experience needed.
Yin Yoga A slower, floor-based practice where poses are held for a few minutes at a time. Wonderful if you feel stiff, struggle to sleep or simply need to slow down. Long melting stretches that release tension you did not even know you were carrying.
Yoga Nidra with sound bath Also known as deep rest. You lie down, get comfortable, cover yourself with a blanket and simply listen. I guide you into a state between waking and sleep while sound healing plays gently in the background. Most people describe it as the most rested they have felt in months.
