Movement & Breath

Take a moment of pause with a Movement & Breath yoga session.

Suitable for all, this slow paced class allows you to take time out to notice the breath in movement & in stillness. The practice can become a moving meditation or a way to slow down and closes with a long relaxation where the handheld gongs are played to soothe away any lingering stresses or tension.

By the end of the practice you will be embodied with a sense of inner peace & calm to take away with you for the rest of the day or night.
