Postnatal Yoga

 

A unique opportunity to bond with your new baby and deepen your connection to community.

Brigid’s Postnatal Yoga course is a fun and relaxed way to connect and feel supported. Suitable from 6 weeks postnatal (or 8 weeks after a C section birth) until babies start crawling.

Equally nurturing for you and your baby, this course offers the perfect combination of yoga and healing for mums - stretching and strengthening in a way that acknowledges all your pregnant and birthing body and mind have experienced in the past year.

This is a truly wonderful bonding time for you and your baby as you learn Developmental Baby Massage to soothe and calm your newborn. These classes also offer a really valuable opportunity to connect and share you experience with other local mums.

About Brigid

Brigid Godwin has been helping mums prepare for birth and recover afterwards for almost 20 years.

Her qualifications include:

  • Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance UK

  • BWY 500hr diploma

  • Birthlight Perinatal Yoga Diploma

  • Birthlight Postnatal Diploma

  • Active Birth Antenatal Instructor

  • KG Hypnobirth Instructor

  • Advanced Women’s’ Wellness Practitioner Level 2
